1. Signed the ¡°Advanced Process Manufacturing Research of Cylinder Inner Chamber¡± project with Dr. Zhang Yinxia, Innovation Team of Zhengzhou University School of Mechanical Engineering. The project mainly studies ultrasonic vibration and ultra-high frequency pressure combined processing technology, processing surface integrity, processing parameters and so on. At present, the precision machining of the inner cavity of the cylinder adopts the traditional processing method of honing and manual grinding, the processing quality can not be controlled autonomously, the efficiency is low, and the processing cost is high. Therefore, research on new processes is urgently needed. The cooperation agreement is expected to be completed in July 2015.
2. Signed a project of ¡°Multi-type UAV hydraulic energy storage catapult take-off system¡± with the Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Defense Academy. Conventional UAV launches rely on rockets or rubber bands, and all have certain deficiencies. The technical parameters of this project can be adjusted, the transmission accuracy is stable, and can be reused to fill the domestic gap. The cooperation agreement is expected to be completed in May 2015.
3. Cooperated with Prof. Su Zhijian from the School of Mechanical Engineering of Zhengzhou University to cooperate in the ¡°Investigation of Research on Key Components of Gas Hybrid Power System¡±. This project involves a vehicle gas hybrid system that recovers the vehicular energy of the vehicle in the form of pressure energy into the air pressure accumulator. When the vehicle starts or runs, the pressure energy in the air pressure accumulator is released and converted into pneumatic power. Drive the vehicle to complete the start and run process. Only the hybrid system that recovers braking energy can truly save energy and reduce emissions. The project meets the needs of technological development in the field. The cooperation agreement is expected to be completed in July 2015.
4. Signed a ¡°self-learning based intelligent control unmanned helicopter¡± project with the Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Defense Academy. Due to low-altitude control, China's general aviation is 30 years of reform and opening up.
The only industry that has not fully developed, China's future helicopter market has great potential. The industry with the trillion helicopter market is still almost blank in the country. An unmanned helicopter is a non-manned helicopter that is operated by radio remote control or autonomously controlled. Its main technical features and advantages include: vertical take-off and landing, small take-off and landing site, strong adaptability; air hovering, flexible maneuverability, wide mission capability; no casualties, small size, low cost, flexible use, and strong survivability on the battlefield. Unmanned helicopters are a combination of military and civilian products, and have broad application prospects in national defense construction and national economic construction. The project meets the needs of technological development in the field. The cooperation agreement is expected to be completed in December 2015.

Third, the future direction
1. In 2015, we will strive to complete the cooperation projects of Zhengda and Artillery Institute according to the contract. Actively carry out work in strict accordance with the time node, stimulate innovation and produce more results, and promote healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
2. In order to ensure the smooth development of the post-doctoral research and development base project, the company will increase the investment in research funding, and ensure that the post-doctoral research and development base staff can have a higher income level salary management method.
